Fat Joe’s music career started as a member of hip hop group Diggin’ in the Crates Crew (D.I.T.C.). After this, he started a solo career and was signed onto Relativity Records. In 1993 he released his debut album Represent. In 1998, he collaborated with top artists like Nas, Diddy, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony on his third album, Don Cartegena.
