Animes are ruling the world today. In forms of entertainment, not only is it interesting but its characters make it unique as well. Many people have different opinions about which was the best anime to ever have been made. But collectively, we’ve heard that Gurren Lagann is one of the best animes to ever have been made.

The anime is very addictive. Yes, it’s quite hard to get through the first episodes. But after the initial 4 to 5 episodes, the story has no bounds. Everybody who has passed this stage has found anime to be wonderful. With a lot of guesses, the fans always start watching episodes or reading them too. But with our amazingly unique anime, I’m afraid it’s not possible. Anytime we guess, we’re completely thrown off in a different direction with a sense of amusement according to what happened.

Gurren Lagann Season 2 Release Date

An anime being called the best-made is a great thing. There are so many great animes out there that are equally beautiful. But for one to be the best, it has to be perfectly written and expressed in a sense that others stand no chance in front of it. Gurren Lagann is one such anime. Always being rated number, 1 was common for this anime. To date, fans swear that this is one of the best. Since it came out years ago, its rating has slightly decreased.

Season 1 of the show was released on April 1, 2007. It has been over 15 years and there is no sign of the show returning yet. Every year on the same date, fans always keep their hopes up thinking that there will be a new season but I guess it’s probably never coming back.

While the fans were waiting for another season, the makers tried to bring in a twist. They made musical shorts of 5 minutes duration. Fans and viewers have suggested never watching these as they make no sense.

So by some miracle, if Gurren Lagann ever returns with another season, we will update you!

Gurren Lagann Season 1 Recap

The world has been taken over by Beastmen. The beastmen are humanoid creatures. Gunmen are the giant robots that are serving the beastmen. These machines only serve the purpose of destruction. Two protected boys, Simon and Kamina are born and brought up in an underground village. The boys have never seen the surface of the earth. One day, while on their adventures they decide to explore the surface of the earth with Yoko.

After they reach the surface, they are stunned. The view looks great and the exploration seems good. After a while, they realize it’s time to return peace to the world. They decide to fight the Beastmen with their new weapons with all their might.

In many situations where they feel they lost, they try to keep up. All the setbacks, pain, and issues they face have nothing to do with their dedication to winning the battle. As they go on fighting, they start understanding more about these humanoid creatures and their motive.

Gurren Lagann Season 2 Story

Being one of the best made, the story has stayed calm for over ten years now. Which was once a legend is now one of the best to have ever been made. The plot line of the anime might be similar to many others that have been made in recent years, But, Gurren Lagann has served the best emotions and storyline in the best proportion ever.

While fans eagerly wait to watch if there will ever be yet another season of this amazing anime, the writers are also eager to witness the rebirth of one of the best. If the makers ever decide to make another season, we will be the first to tell you. Until then, stay tuned for more updates!
