The title of the show itself centers around the most coveted thing in the world. Money. Poor or rich, it does not matter, every living individual runs after money. Definitely, there are various essential things in life, but what can be more essential than money? Well, we have to buy all our essentials with money after all. More power equals more power. Since the beginning, society has been working in this fashion. Earlier people used to trade things for acquiring their essentials, now we exchange money. Nothing is possible with this. Therefore, we all, everybody, run after money.

Run For The Money is a show where see participants compete against each other to win a cash prize. It is a famous Japanese show that first aired in 2004. It was produced by Fuji Network System. The world-famous entertainment platform Netflix is bringing the show back to us with some added twists, but essentially the plan of the show remains the same. The original show got so famous that it was nominated for International Emmy Award For Best Non-Scripted Entertainment. After the show was aired in Japan and other Asian countries, it became a massive hit and garnered attention from everybody.

After 2004, the show has been taken up by Netflix for its return on 15th November 2022. The show will be aired in the Japanese language with subtitles.

The original show of 2004 gained tremendous popularity; we are hoping that the new show will follow in the footsteps of its parent. Perhaps season 2 of the show will depend upon the audience’s reaction to season 1 of the new reality show.

Well, if we have season 2 of the show, the essential plot of the show will remain the same, that is, running after money.

In the first season of the show, we will see participants competing against each other for cash prizes. Their rewards will depend upon the amount of time they have spent running away from their hunters.

Among the contestants, we will get to see some young idols, actors, and artists. There will be professional athletes, popular comedians, and others. Each one of them will be seen trying to escape the hunters and collect their monetary rewards.

The show is going to be extremely entertaining for all of us. It will be messy and epic. Hence, if we get a renewal of the first season of the show, it will be a treat for all of us.
