Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 4 Release Date
The animated series has three seasons comprising ten episodes each. The fourth season of the series was announced on January 2022. The writing of the said season began in April, and the voice recording started to happen by June of this year. Despite this given information, the official release date for the fourth installment is yet to be confirmed. Fans are speculating that the fourth season will reach us by August 2023.
Also, it has to be kept in mind that Season 3 of the show has come to an end very recently. The creators may not hurry with the release of Season 4 owing to the very recent ending of one particular season. Fans have to be given some time to digest everything before another bomb gets dropped.

Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 4 Story
The whole Star Trek: Lower Decks universe is set in the 24th century. In this universe, the Earth forms a part of the United Federation of Planets. Starfleet, the Federation’s Military and Exploration Division, is responsible for operating a fleet of starships for traveling in the galaxy and creating connections with aliens. The Lower Decks is mainly focused on the USS Cerritos, one of the least important starships of Starfleet. They are interested in the adventures and missions of the lower-ranking officers or the “lower deckers”.
Even though the plot of Season 4 is unknown to us, we can speculate that we will get the essence of some great humor in the new season. Also, there can be a cross-over of the Strange New Worlds with the Lower Decks. We will have to wait for Season 4 to know the further story. The creators will surely not disappoint us, that can be very much guaranteed.

The cast of Star Trek: Lower Decks Season 3 includes Tawny Newsome as Beckett Mariner, Noel Wells as D’Vana Tendi, Jack Quaid as Brad Boimer, Eugene Cordero as Sam Rutherford, Jerry O’Connell as Jack Ransom, Dawnn Lewis as Carol Freeman, Gillian Vigman as T’Ana, and Fred Tatasciore as Shaxs. There were other recurring artists along with some notable guests.
The main cast of Season 3 is predicted to remain intact in Season 4 since the voicing of the characters began shortly some time before Season 3 was rolled out. We can probably expect the same actors to give voice to their respective characters without much change. Although we do not know very much about what Season 4 holds for us, we can at least expect the same voice actors without any major changes.

Presently, we do not have any trailer for the fourth season of the show. Once everything in the production of Season 4 gets wrapped up, we can expect a trailer. The trailers of the show are released a month before the show officially rolls out. The same may happen for Season 4 too.
