According to some fans, the series is a “little brainy” and “frightening.” Fans found the series “worthwhile” and that it would leave you “shaken”. One fan said that the series is not only good but also relates to our bizarre and terrifying present. Some of them even called the series to be “clever”.
It is conspicuous that the series has gained massive support since it was first released in 2019. As mentioned earlier, a good thriller series cannot escape our notice, fans who love series or movies of this genre. The Capture Season 3 Release Date
The Capture Season 3 has not been confirmed by the BBC yet. There is no news regarding either the renewal or cancellation of the show.
As of now, the series has two seasons. Both of them are getting a massive amount of support and appreciation from the population worldwide. The first season of the show premiered on 3rd September 2019. The show’s return for its second run was not confirmed until 2020. The second season of the show finally was set to premiere on 28th August 2022.
Even if we do not know if the show will return for a third installment, it has come to our notice that actress Holliday Grainger wants to know what happens next. In an interview with the RadioTimes, she revealed that she would want to know where Ben would take it. She would love to watch season 3 for sure. She would love to know where Carey went.
As fans, we cannot support Grainger’s questions because we too are excited to know what the future holds for the show.

The Capture Season 3 Story
The show revolves around a soldier named Shaun Emery. He was convicted of murder in Afghanistan, but the situation led allowed him to return to his free life. However, one CCTV footage overturns Shaun’s freedom once again. Soon it is learned by Detective Inspector Rachel Carey, who is in charge of Shaun’s case, that sometimes things can become twisted owing to a difference in perspectives.
The ending of season 2 observed the exposure of Correction by DCI Rachel Carey. Even though almost everything was against her, she still managed to go beyond CIA Section Chief Frank Napier, DSU Gemma Garland, and almost everyone else.
Season 3 will follow where it has been left in season 2. We can expect season 3 to get involved in a new conspiracy that will probably reveal the answers to our long-standing questions. Will Shaun have his name out of the mess? We will get to know everything once the new season gets released.
