The Glades Season 5 Story
Fans are heartbroken over the cancellation of the show after the exciting season four. The surprise cancellation of the show was unknown to the makers of the show too. This is why season four ended on such a cliffhanger. The season four finale was supposedly going to be a happy ending with Jim and Callie getting engaged. However, the happy celebrations were put to a stop when a mysterious hooded figure shot Jim in the chest. The last scene depicts Jim lying in his own blood with two gunshots to the chest.
In season five, the storyline was already decided. Jim was supposed to have survived the shooting and then the whole season was supposed to be a wild chase to find his shooter. A lot of new characters were supposed to be introduced in the new season too. The creators had planned a high-paced season with lots of twists, turns, and suspense. This announcement has disappointed fans even more. It does not need to be said how exciting the season would have been if it wasn’t canceled.

The Glades Season 5 Cast
Season 5 of The Glades is not happening anytime in the near future. So the cast information is not available either. However, the cast of The Glades is an amazing one and comprises a lot of talented cast and crew.
The protagonist of the series is portrayed by Matt Passmore. He plays the overly confident, cocky, and self-assured police officer Jim Longworth. He moves to Palm Glade, Florida from Los Angeles and joins the local police bureau of the FDLE. Kiele Sanchez plays Callie Cargill, the love interest of Jim. She is a registered nurse who is also attending medical school and has a teenage son to look after. Even though at first Callie is irritated by Jim’s passes at her, later on, she accepts his proposal. Season four ended with them almost tying the knot.
Other characters include Carlos Gómez as Dr. Carlos Sanchez, Longworth’s friend and colleague; Jordan Wall as Daniel Green; Michelle Hurd as Colleen Manus; and finally Uriah Shelton as Jeff Cargill, as Callie’s son.
