Chicago PD is an American police action drama television series created by Dick Wolf and Matt Olmstead as part of the Chicago franchise of Wolf Entertainment. The series premiered on NBC on January 8, 2014, as an alternative to the mid-season. The show follows the Chicago Police Department 21st District uniformed police and intelligence forces tracking the perpetrators of the city’s top street crimes. On February 27, 2020, NBC updated the series to Season 8, Season 9, and Season 10. The eighth season premiered on November 11, 2020. The ninth season premiered on September 22, 2021. Chicago PD Season 10 Cast
Jason Beghe is Sergeant Henry “Hank” Voight, the mysterious and often unstable chief of the Chicago PD’s intelligence unit. Despite his brutal and tough appearance, he is loyal to the police officers and detectives he serves, and the victims of crime investigated by his troops, in violation of human rights, primarily torture, and of law. It extends to rebellion. After Voight’s son Justin had an accident and paralyzed a teenager, and Casey, who was first on the scene, aimed to testify that Justin was a drunk driver, he and CFD Lieutenant Matthew Casey at Chicago Fire. First introduced as a clashing dirty police officer. He was arrested by Det. Jon Seda has previously arrested Voight for harassment and has been active as Senior Detective Antonio Dawson (Seasons 1-6), an intelligence unit detective who has been working with him ever since. Unlike Voight, he has his conscience while he is searching for Pulpo. He and his ex-wife Laura have two children, Diego and Eva. Sophia Bush as Detective Erin Lindsay (Seasons 1-4), a tough intelligence unit detective, and a former CI who Voight rode under his wings as juvenile delinquency.
